Olympus Filter Inspector System Solution

The Olympus Filter Inspector System automatically scans and analyses filters (which are generally 47mm in diameter) in less than 2 minutes. Optical images of residue are generated and can be counted/classified/ documented in report templates according to ISO and USP standards. The process is fast and minimizes operator errors.

Platforms are the BX upright microscope (for high resolution and identification of small particles >.5 micron) and the SZX 7 stereo microscope (for larger particles and faster inspection).
